I too have recently been ripped off by this company. It seem that they are more interested in seeing how they can scheme money out of people than providing reputable, professional good business. I ordered 2 water filters which were backordered (I was never informed of this) approximately 10 days later when I inquired about the status of my order I then found out about it. However, they had no problem taking charging my card (illegal until item is shipped). Would not let me cancel whenI requested a refund. Item was still not scheduled to ship for 10 more days. Never received products and still have no refund. Cannot get a live person to discuss anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBE ETHICS & COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH
